1. As communicated, candidates must be willing to execute a security bond as per company requirements. The bond must be duly signed by the trainee and two guarantors.

2. Bond breach charges will be applicable in the event of non-compliance with the bond terms.

3. Selection for the training program is strictly based on merit and performance in the screening and evaluation tests conducted by the company.

4. Trainees will be evaluated periodically throughout the training period.

5. Only candidates who demonstrate consistent performance, discipline, and professional behaviour will be considered for payroll inclusion.

6. Candidates exhibiting poor performance, irregular attendance, or behavioural issues may be discontinued from the training program without prior notice.

7. The training curriculum and content will be determined by the company based on its current and future business requirements and may be modified as needed.

8. During the assessment or test:
    • Do not use the backspace key.
    • Do not refresh the browser.
    • Do not switch to other browser tabs or sessions.

Any such action may result in automatic termination of the test session and disqualification.
